Refund Policy

1. General policy

Serlzo operates on a subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription, you gain access to digital products and services delivered through the platform.

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not generally provided except in the specific cases outlined in this policy.

2. Refund eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund only in the following situations:

a. Billing errors

You were charged incorrectly for a subscription plan you did not authorize

b. Critical technical issues

You experienced a serious technical issue that prevented you from using the platform as intended, and our support team was unable to resolve it

c. Duplicate payments

You were charged more than once for the same subscription period

3. Refund requests

To request a refund, you must:

  • Submit your request within 7 days of the charge date
  • Explain the reason for the request
  • Show that the request falls within one of the eligibility conditions listed above

Please send refund requests to support@serlzo.com and include:

  • Your registered email address
  • Your subscription or payment details
  • The reason for your request
  • Any relevant supporting information that may help us review the issue

4. Non refundable cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after purchase
  • You forgot to cancel before your renewal date
  • You used only part of a subscription period
  • The issue resulted from user error, misunderstanding, or misuse of the platform
  • The subscription was purchased as part of a promotion, discount, bundle, or special offer, unless stated otherwise

5. Trial period

If Serlzo offers a free trial, you must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged.

Once the trial period ends and a paid subscription begins, refunds will not be issued unless your case meets the refund eligibility conditions set out in this policy.

6. Processing refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. Serlzo reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the conditions in this policy.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date where appropriate.
