19. Children's privacy

Serlzo is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. 22. Google user data and contacts API

If you choose to connect your Google account to Serlzo, we may request access to certain Google user data, including Google Contacts data, only as needed to provide the features you choose to use.

a. What we access

If you connect Google Contacts, Serlzo may access contact information such as names, email addresses, and related contact details available through your Google account.

b. How we use it

We use Google Contacts data only to provide the specific features you enable within Serlzo, such as importing, selecting, displaying, or managing contacts inside your workspace.

c. Data retention

Google user data is retained only for as long as needed to provide the relevant feature, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and support legitimate business operations. If you disconnect your Google account from Serlzo, we will stop future access to Google user data through that connection, subject to any limited retention required for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, or operational purposes.

d. Data sharing

We do not sell Google user data. We share it only with service providers or subprocessors where needed to provide the requested service and only in line with this Privacy Policy and applicable agreements.

e. Security

We apply reasonable security measures to protect Google user data and limit access to authorized personnel, systems, and subprocessors that need it to support the service.

f. Compliance with Google API Services requirements

Serlzo's use of information received from Google APIs will follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, where applicable.
